Valerie Chinazor Ojinna is a seasoned Investment Advisor and Risk Consultant with over seven years of experience working with top global firms such as PwC and KPMG.

She specializes in financial planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, and AML/CFT strategy for individuals, business owners, and institutions.

Oluwasegun Adesanya - Head of Operations

Oluwasegun Adesanya is a Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer with over five years of experience building secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud environments. He has contributed to mission-critical projects at leading global technology firms, including Ericsson, where he managed over 300 production servers and automated deployments to optimize performance and reduce downtime.

With experience at global firms like Ericsson, Oluwasegun supports the secure and efficient operation of our internal systems and digital tools. His background in cloud architecture and cybersecurity ensures that the technology behind our advisory processes is dependable, compliant, and built for scale.

Adenike Adesina - Legal Advisor

Adenike Adesina is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with over six years of experience in financial regulation, data protection, and cybersecurity law. She holds a Law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master’s in Strategic Information Systems Management from Stockholm University.

Adenike has advised financial institutions like Ave Maria Microfinance Bank and conducted ISO 27001 gap assessments and privacy policy reviews in Sweden.

With her expertise in legal risk, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks, Adenike ensures our investment practices are secure, compliant, and forward-thinking.
